Shipping & returns

Logistics is an important part of our success and therefore we have chosen DHL to handle our import and export shipments. To provide you with a more flexible shipping solution we have integrated two shipping methods.

  • Free Shipping (Europe only)
  • Express Service (Worldwide)

Free Shipping applies to destinations within Europe and will be handled by DHL, transported by road. From the moment the goods are collected at our location in the Netherlands the lead-times for delivery are 5 days max. Destinations closer to the Netherlands take generally 2 to 3 workdays to deliver.

Express Service is used for destinations outside Europe. If the “Express Service” is your only option available, then we will contact you how to proceed with the shipment of ordered goods. If you have an import account of a logistics company, then the fastest method is to make arrangements for pickup at our company address in the Netherlands yourself.

If you want us to use our DHL export account, then we invoice you additional shipping costs separately. We will communicate the total amount with you and upon agreement we contact DHL to collect the goods.

Returning Goods is a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform. The right of withdrawal is a law explicitely made for consumers. In business transactions the buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In case you received an order from us and you suspect there is something incorrect, please contact us immediately. Examples are: product defects, incorrect shipments or incorrect orders.
