The CDN-AF8E is part of Com-Power's AF-Series of Coupling Decoupling Networks designed specifically for testing products for conducted immunity per IEC/EN 61000-4-6. It is designed for testing products that uses eight wire unscreened cables for data communication. This model has eight 2 mm shrouded banana sockets for both EuT and AE power connection and can handle up to 5 Amperes of current.
The RF disturbance signal coupling port is a 50 Ohm female BNC and can handle up to 40V of RF Input Voltage. The bottom surface of the CDN is not painted for easy and effective grounding.
All Com-Power CDNs are individually calibrated. The models in the AF-Series of Com-Power CDNs fully complies with the requirements contained in the IEC 61000-4-6 and CISPR 16-1-2.Features:
